This church family exists to help people learn from and imitate Jesus, the only Son of God. Jesus came to earth and lived among us. He died and rose again so that we can be part of His Kingdom forever.

Helping people follow Jesus.
Everything we work for and believe in is reflected in these four simple words. And like many of the simple sayings of Jesus Himself, the meaning behind the words becomes deeper and richer as we engage in the life-changing process of following Him every single day.

Loving God, Loving Others, Serving Together.
We use these phrases as a specific, simple way to describe what's most important about a lifestyle of following Jesus.

Loving God is the most foundational part of this way of life, where we nurture a personal relationship with God. Loving Others is how we describe what naturally flows out of you when your life is focused on Loving God. He has given us a whole family of people who follow Him, with whom we can share meaningful godly relationships, taking care of each other and holding each other accountable. Loving, and being loved by, God and others inspires us to live by Serving Together. This means understanding our responsibility to use our God-given passions, abilities, and opportunities to help others get to know Jesus and follow Him.

Loving God

Nurturing a relationship with Christ is not much different than nuturing any other relationship.  It involves a series actions.  First is an introduction and acceptance of the relationship.  What comes next is a journey together, spending time each other, having conversations, understanding what makes each other tick, learning the expanse as well as the boundaries of what keeps the relationship alive.

How is your relationship with God?
Do you know Him like you should?  Do you speak with Him on a regular basis?  Have you hidden the truth of His Word in your heart?  Is He your friend? Does your life reflect His image?

If you need help deepening your relationship with God, we enourage you to consistently attend worship services, talk to God on a regular basis, and study God's word individually or in a group.  CLICK the icon to find helpful tools and activities that will grow your relationship with God.

Loving Others

One of the greatest assets to the life of a believer is to be connected relationally to a cluster of true friends who have the permission to share your joys and sorrows and speak words of accountability and encouragement to you.  Friendships like this don't happen without investing deliberate effort to connect on a regular basis.

Do you have a true friend?
Is this friend more than a familiar face?  Do you know their phone number?  Have you been in their home?  Have they been in yours?  Do you share joys and sorrows?  Are they praying for you?  Are you there for each other?

To help you develop a true friendship we encourage you to join a Life Group or participate in an interest group, activity or event designed to foster biblical connection.  Click the icon to find connection activities and tools to help you.

Serving Together

The Bible tells us that God has equipped His followers with a variety of gifts and talents in order for the church to be more effective in helping others find and follow Christ. The Bible shows many examples of how God uses ordinary people to accomplish His extraordinary work of love and grace in this world. We wants His believers to be more than consumers. He wants us to give of ourselves in service to others.

Are you a consumer or a servant?
Do you reguarly serve other people? Are you part of a ministry team? Do you view yourself as a missionary? Are you aware of your talents, gifts, and passions?

To help you discover ways to serve others we encourage you to get involved in a long-term or short-term serving opportunity. Whether serving within the walls of the church or serving outside the walls of the church, God has a plan for you and He wants you to find your place to serve. Click the icon to find ways to serve.
